STORE POLICY

Shipping is only in the United States (for now). We plan in the future to expand shipping to Europe! We do not offer Refunds or Returns but Exchanges. Customers are welcome to Exchange their items if and only if the items are damaged. Customers also have 12 days to give notice to Gemini from the moment their order is received via tracking number. Colors may also vary due to lighting and upon purchasing the items, you agree to the terms and conditions of the store policy. We hope our customers enjoy our handmade products as we plan to start donating a small percentage to non-profit organizations to help tree growth as we stand against deforestation throughout the world.

Gemini believes in the Privacy and Safety of all of our customers and their personal information/data. We will not sell or give away any person's personal information regardless of any situation. We respect our customers privacy and hope we can continue to build trust with one another! 

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

Gemini can say proudly that all of our products are designed and produced by hand. If a certain product is Out of Stock, we ask you for your patience in restocking! Each item was made with Love, Hope, and Passion as we strongly believe in all of the products produced by us and hopes to continue bringing more creative inspiration to our customers. 

We also hope to start selling our products during summer festivals and markets! If you see our Gemini banner or booth, you're highly encouraged to drop by and say hi as our members are friendly and would love to see a familiar face!
