SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Our Shipping Carrier is USPS. With every order, you will be emailed a Tracking Number along with your Order Number. It is the customer's responsibility to track your purchased items. If your items are Lost, you have 30 days to let Gemini know.

 

Be sure to attach your Order Number, Tracking Number, your current Address, and we'll be sure to get back to you within 2-3 business days to identify where the error had occurred. We ask you to be patience with us and we will get back with you.

International Shipping: We ship to the EU as well as the rest of the world, but please note that all international buyers are responsible for covering their own VAT fees or any other custom fees and charges upon receipt of the package. All International Shipping will be with USPS and will take about 6-15 business days as our warehouse is located in the US: Alaska. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer any Returns or Refunds however, we do offer Exchanges if and only if your items had been received damaged. In this case, you have to email us (Geminijewelryprada@gmail.com) with a detailed description of the problem, pictures of what you had received, and your tracking number. If you email us 12 days AFTER you have received the package you will not be able to Exchange the items. 

Processing Times

In general, orders will be shipped 2-3 days within days of purchase as some items are "Made to Order". International orders will be shipped 3-4 days after purchase to ensure I have the correct shipping information.
