THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Returns & Exchanges
    We currently do not do any Refunds or Returns. However, we do offer Exchanges of the same item you had purchased if and only if the item had shown up broken. If so, you are responsible for contacting Gemini (Geminijewelryprada@gmail.com) within 12 business days starting from the moment the item was Received from the carrier. You must attach your order number to the email and also take pictures of the damage. You should hear a response within 2-3 business days, so we ask you to be patient--thank you!
  • Can't Find My Tracking Number
    If you can't find your tracking number, check your spam folder. Every time an order is made, Gemini automictically sends out a tracking number with the order. If you still cannot find your tracking number, Email Gemini (Geminijewelryprada@gmail.com) with your Order Number attached and explain briefly what the problem is. You should hear back from them within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping
    We currently ONLY ship throughout the United States. However, Gemini does plan to slowly start shipping to third-world countries such as Europe and even China! This is still currently in the works and Gemini will let their customers know when this change occurs!
